Burst pipe? Basement flooding? No hot water? Water damage gets worse by the hour. Our emergency line is answered by a plumber, not a machine.

What We Do

What We Fix and Install

If water or gas runs through it, we work on it. Trucks are stocked so most repairs are finished on the first visit.

Water Heaters

Repair, replacement, tank and tankless. We keep 40 and 50 gallon gas and electric units in stock at the shop, so a heater that dies overnight is usually running again by dinner. Old unit hauled away, warranty registered for you.

Drain & Sewer Cleaning

Slow drains, recurring clogs, main line backups. Cabling and jetting, and every sewer call includes a camera run so you see the actual pipe before approving anything. If the clog keeps coming back, the camera tells us why.

Leak Detection & Repair

Water bill jumped? Stain spreading on the ceiling? We trace hidden leaks with thermal imaging and moisture meters before cutting anything. Straight talk: some leaks do require opening a wall or ceiling to confirm the source. When that's the case, we tell you first, cut the smallest access we can, and cut it clean so the drywall patch is easy.

Also on the truck every day

  • Toilets, faucets & fixtures

Running toilets, dripping faucets, disposal swaps, new fixture installs. Small jobs welcome. That drip is roughly $30 a month on your water bill.

    Fix it this week
  • Sump pumps & battery backups

Installs, replacements, and battery backups that keep pumping when a summer thunderstorm knocks the power out. We test the float and the check valve before we leave.

    Protect my basement
  • Gas lines & appliance hookups

Licensed gas fitting for stoves, dryers, grills, and generators. Smell gas? Leave the house first, then call us and Eversource.

    Schedule gas work
  • Repipes & remodel rough-ins

A lot of the 1950s and 60s capes and ranches around Milford still run their original galvanized supply lines. We replace them without tearing the house apart, and we pull the permits. Remodel rough-ins for added bathrooms too.

What Your Neighbors Say After We Leave

Pulled from our Google Business Profile. We don't cherry-pick. Go read all 327 of them.

“Water heater died Sunday night. Called at 7am Monday and they had a new one in by 1pm same day. Price matched the quote to the dollar. Wish the guy who did our roof worked like this.”

Maria R.

Franklin · Water heater replacement

“Pipe burst behind our washer at 11:30 at night. An actual human answered the phone and talked me through shutting the water main while Kevin drove over. He was here in 40 minutes. Came back next day for the permanent fix.”

Jim T.

Milford · Emergency burst pipe

“Third plumber we called about a kitchen clog that kept coming back. First one to run a camera and actually find the problem, a bellied pipe under the slab. Fixed properly, hasn't clogged since. Should've called them first.”

Sandra P.

Hopkinton · Drain & sewer repair

“First house, first plumbing problem, and I was bracing to get taken advantage of. The tech showed me the actual corroded valve, gave me two prices, and recommended the cheaper option. They have a customer for life.”

Aisha L.

Bellingham · Leak repair

“Sump pump died during that March storm. They were slammed but still fit us in, and the office texted updates so we weren't left wondering. New pump plus battery backup in before the basement took on water.”

Dave K.

Medway · Sump pump replacement

“Full repipe of our 1962 ranch. Quoted 4 days, done in 3, and you couldn't tell they'd been here except the water pressure. Passed inspection first try. Fair price for a big job done right.”

Brian W.

Holliston · Whole-home repipe

How It Works

What Happens When You Call

  1. Call or request online

Tell us what's happening. A real person from our Milford office picks up, or calls you back within 5 minutes during business hours.

  2. Get an upfront, flat-rate quote

Your plumber diagnoses the problem, walks you through the options, and gives you the exact price in writing before any work starts.

  3. Fixed, cleaned up, guaranteed

Most jobs finish the same visit. We leave the space the way we found it and back the work with a 2-year written workmanship guarantee.

Straight Answers About Price

Nobody likes calling a plumber blind. Here's how it works, with real numbers:

  • $79 diagnostic visit, waived entirely when you go ahead with the repair. Most customers never pay it.
  • Flat-rate pricing by the job, not the hour. Slow day or hard day, the price doesn't change.
  • Typical ranges: drain cleaning $180–$450. Standard 40–50 gallon water heater installed $1,900–$3,400. Sump pump replaced $650–$1,200. Your exact number comes in writing before work starts.
  • Free estimates on water heaters, repipes, and remodel work. 0% financing for 12 months on repairs over $1,000.

Fair warning: we're rarely the lowest bid. If the lowest number matters more than who's doing the work, we're probably not your plumber, and that's okay.

Before You Call

Questions Homeowners Actually Ask

How fast can you actually get here?

For emergencies, the on-call plumber is dispatched immediately. Typical arrival is 30 to 60 minutes anywhere in our service area, day or night. For standard repairs, we offer same-day or next-day appointments with a 2-hour arrival window, and you get a text when your plumber is on the way.

What does a service call cost?

The diagnostic visit is $79, waived completely if you proceed with the repair, so in practice most customers never pay it. Every repair is quoted flat-rate in writing before work begins. Estimates for installations, water heaters, and larger projects are always free.

Will you have to cut into my walls or ceiling?

Sometimes, honestly, yes. Hidden leaks and pipe repairs can require opening a wall or ceiling to confirm the source and do the work right. What we promise: we use thermal imaging and moisture meters first so we cut in the right place, we cut the smallest access panel we can, we cut it square and clean so the drywall patch is straightforward, and the quote tells you up front whether patching is included or you'll need a drywall guy after us.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Dan Callahan holds Massachusetts Master Plumber License #15224, every technician on staff is individually licensed, and the company carries full liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates available on request, and we pull permits for all work that requires them.

Is the work guaranteed?

Every repair and installation carries our 2-year written workmanship guarantee: if our work fails, we return and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (water heaters, pumps, fixtures) apply on top of that. We register them for you so you don't have to think about it.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

Emergency calls outside business hours carry a single flat after-hours dispatch fee. We tell you the exact number on the phone before anyone is sent out. The repair itself is priced from the same flat-rate book we use at noon on a Tuesday. No multipliers, no “holiday rates.”

How do I pay? Do you offer financing?

Card, check, cash, and all major digital wallets. Payment is collected only after the job is done and you've walked it with your plumber. For repairs and installations over $1,000, 12-month 0% financing is available with a 60-second application.

Should I just use a hardware-store drain cleaner first?

We'd rather you didn't. Not because it costs us business, but because chemical cleaners eat older pipes, rarely clear the actual blockage, and make the pipe hazardous for whoever opens it next. A proper cabling or jetting clears the line completely and usually costs less than the damage a second bottle causes.
